Grupo Televisa’s board of directors has approved a renegotiation plan for the separation of its football operations, including the Azteca Stadium; organization of games and prize games, as well as publication and distribution of magazines.
The Mexican media giant explained that the business of these companies will take place via new control subject which will be listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV),

What other assets will be set aside?
The company, owned by Mexican businessman Emilio Azcárraga, explained that in addition to separating the business from property and real estate, it will also operations Izzi and Sky.
“The plan includes the separation of the business of Izzi and Sky, the company’s investment in TelevisaUnivision, transmission and infrastructure concessions, as well as other assets and real estate related to these businesses,” Grupo Televisa points out.

Likewise, it generated revenue of 19,252 million pesos, an increase of 3.6 percent compared to the 18,590 million pesos reported during 3Q21.
