With the clear aim of analyzing the latest trends in workplace well-being and organizational culture, UPAEP will hold the fifth edition of the Changemakers in Wellbeing Forum on October 26 and 27. Trends in organizational culture.
With this event, the master’s degree in work and organizational psychology strives to contribute, through agents of change, to the inclusion and implementation of new trends in well-being at work and health at work, to a perspective on organizational culture resulting from the pandemic. by Covid-19 in the digital age.
This international forum will be attended by leading experts in the field such as Dr. Isabel Martínez Martínez, Head of Jaumé I University, whose research focuses on occupational health, work stress, burnout, among others; Dr. Isabella Meneghel from the International University of Catalonia, author of more than 20 scientific publications.
As well as Dr. Taryn Price, Project I Manager at HCA Healthcare; Dr. Tutaleni I. Asino, expert in technological innovation, director of the Laboratory for Research on New Technologies and Creativity in the School of Educational Foundations at Oklahoma State University; and Dr. Juan José Kaneko, professor at the University of Applied Sciences and creator of the TRHADI Board Game for Personnel Selection and the Role Playing Game for Problem Solving.
